Enroll in Skupos Engage Loyalty Promotions

  • You must purchase Skupos Engage before you can run Altria Loyalty Fund or brand-funded programs.

    • Don’t have Engage? Contact our sales team to add it to your account.

Update and View Billing Information

  • This section outlines how to update or see where Skupos sends your invoices for Skupos services provided.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

  2. To view your billing information, click your name in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click “Settings” from the menu that pops up and scroll to the bottom.

  4. Next, select the blue “Go to Billing Management” button

  5. This will direct you to the Billing Management page where you can update your payment information, view subscriptions, and access invoices.

Set Up and Verify your Bank Account for Brand Reimbursement

  • If you want to receive your reimbursements or monthly payments for the brand-funded promotions you offer in your store(s), you will need to set up and verify your bank account.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

  2. Select the “Payout” tab from the top menu  

  3. Once in the Payout tab, select “Add My Bank Account” 

  4. You will be prompted to fill out a form 

  5. Then click, “Submit” to submit this information to Skupos

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to your Skupos dashboard login page

  2. Click the, “Forgot Password?” button 

  3. Type in the email address used when creating your account 

  4. Then click, “Send Reset Instructions”   

  5. Check for an email with instructions on how to reset your password

  2. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner 

  3. Click “Settings” from the drop-down menu 

  4. Under “User Information select “Change” next to the Password 

  5. Type in your new password and hit save

Add Another Store Location

  • This section outlines how to add a new store location to your subscription from the “Stores” section at the top of your dashboard home page.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

  2. On the top of your screen click, “Stores”

  3. Then on the right side of the screen click the "Add Store" button 

  4. Fill out the form with the correct information and select "Continue" 

  5. Once you add a new store to your Skupos dashboard account, our sales team will follow up with you to coordinate onboarding and installation.

View Dollar Amounts of Discounts Given

  • This section outlines how to see estimates for how much your store(s) should expect to receive from participating in consumer loyalty promotions as well as Altria and RJR-funded loyalty promotions.

  2. Click Programs from the top menu  

  3. Click Performance on the top 

  4. Here you can see details on store performance 

  5. Then to see information for each store, scroll down to the store name and click on the drop-down arrow next to the store name.

Checking Store Connectivity

  • This section guides how to check the online or offline status of your store(s).

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

  2. Look to the left to see if any of your stores are offline

  • Under connection status, you can read how many stores are online by seeing: stores online / total stores installed

    • In the example above, you can see on the left that (4) scan data stores are offline and (3) engage stores are offline.

If any of your stores are offline,

  • Click here for tips on how to reconnect your store.

Why does it matter if your store is offline?

  • If your store is offline your offers won’t work for your customers.

  • You won’t receive reimbursements from brands, as they won’t be receiving the necessary data from your store(s).

View TSD File Submission Status

  • This section outlines how you use your dashboard to see if your scan data files have been sent to MSA/IRA for Altria/RJR.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

  2. Go to the top and click, “Scan Data”

  3. Here you will see insights into your weekly file submissions

Terms and Definitions

  • Selected Account – This lets' you filter by the account.

  • Date Posted – This shows the week, your file was posted.

    • Example: If a file was posted on July 29th, 2024 it would be for data that was live July 20th – July 27th.

  • Multi-Pack Program – This means it is an Altria program.

    • We don't currently show a status update for RJR programs.

  • Submitted – This means the file was submitted on time

  • Not Submitted –This means the file hasn’t been submitted.

    • If it’s before the deadline, don’t worry.

    • If you see this message after the deadline, please reach out to customer support.

  • File submission deadlines:

    • Tuesday 5pm CST – RJR

    • Wednesday 5pm CST – Altria

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I log into my Skupos dashboard daily?

  • To avoid losing reimbursement opportunities/monthly payments from brands.

  • By confirming that you are live with Skupos Sync, you can make sure you receive maximum funds from brands.

  • The dashboard also lets you stay up to date on eligible promotions.

How often do I need to enroll in offers?

  • Monthly.

  • New offers are added weekly, however, new offers start on the first of every month.

  • Offers with signage run for twelve weeks or quarterly.

  • You must sign up in the Skupos dashboard 4 weeks before the launch date.

Why are my engage stores offline?

  • Engage stores are always offline if a scan data store is offline.

  • The scan data needs to be working for engage to work.
