Log in to your Skupos dashboard
2. Select the "Programs" tab from the top menu then the "Manage" sub-tab.
3. Scroll down then click the program card for the offer you would like to enroll in.
This will take you to the program details page.
4. Review the offer information, and if you want to participate click, “Enroll Stores”
5. Then click "Select Stores"
“Select Stores” will list the store(s) that can participate in this offer
Click the boxes of the store(s) you’d like to opt into this offer.
6. Then click, "Select Offer"
Select the relevant discount type beside each store you would like to participate in the program.
If you’re enrolling your store in tobacco loyalty promotions, please confirm the amount with your tobacco representative.
7. The next step is to click,"Select Start Date"
Select the relevant start date beside each enrolling store.
Note: The date selected must be a future date.
💡 Tip! Confirm this value with your tobacco representative! If you run any tobacco offer(s) that your tobacco representative hasn’t approved, their brand will not pay for reimbursement.
8. The final step is "Review".
Read through all terms and conditions for the program and select the checkbox beside each before clicking "Submit".
⛔ Alert: If there are mistakes in the offer set-up that are not fixed before the offer going live, you can miss out on reimbursements from brands.

The sooner you sign up for offers, the better off you are.
If you sign up for an offer it’ll take at least 24 hours or one business day for you to go live with the offer.
This assumes that you are signing up for an offer that is already live.

Enrollment Processing: You are enrolled but Skupos is still setting up your store to offer discounts
Awaiting Start Date: Discounts will go live the next day
Active: you are actively offering discounts for this program
