Log into your Skupos Dashboard
2. Click, “Programs”
3. Scroll until you find the program you recently enrolled in and click that program square
As you scroll you will notice programs have different statuses.
See below for what each status means.
Not Enrolled: This means your store(s) are not enrolled.
Enrolled: This means at least one store is enrolled in that offer.
4. If you have more than one store, click a specific program to see which of your store(s) have been enrolled.
If one store is enrolled, our system will say you are enrolled in that offer in the view above.
But if you have five stores with us, you might need to enroll four other stores.
5. Once you enroll in offers, your enrollment status for each recently enrolled store will change from "Unsubmitted" to "Enrollment Processing".
⛔ Alert: If there are mistakes in the offer set-up that are not fixed before the offer going live, you can miss out on reimbursements from brands.
