2. Complete the (3) forms from Altria
Complete the form to participate in Altria Tobacco Operating Companies (ATOC) Retail Programs.
Complete the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) form.
Complete the Digital Trade Program (DTP) Agreement at Tier 1/2 Level.
3. Provide your Altria Account Number to your Skupos Sales Representative
Contact your Skupos Sales Rep directly or email [email protected] letting Skupos know that you are hoping to leverage Skupos to support scan data.

Submitting Test Files
4. Skupos will then take steps to get a test file approved for your account
Make sure you check your emails for any follow-up questions.
During this process, you will receive many emails from, [email protected] with updates on the process.
✅ Note: You will receive several emails throughout the enrollment process. All these emails are managed by Skupos to facilitate your enrollment.
If Skupos has questions throughout the process, they will email you from [email protected].
Awaiting Retailer Paperwork
Email Subject Line, “Subject: Account Name – Altria Account #
This lets the retailer know that Altria received your request to use Skupos as your Scan Data provider.
Email Subject Line, “Scan Data Questionnaire Received”
This notifies each retailer that Altria has received their request and is initiating the process to designate Skupos as the Scan Data provider for them.
Submitting a Test File
Email Subject Line, “FTP Username”
This email contains the SFTP information Skupos needs to submit a test file.
Email Subject Line, “FTP password”
This email contains the SFTP password Skupos needs to submit a test file.
Email Subject Line, “Altria Account Number-Store Name-New File Naming Convention”
This lets Skupos know how to label your files
Email Subject Line: “Scan Data File Received”
This means that Skupos was able to successfully send retailer data to the brand, with no errors in that file.
💡 Tip! Make sure your Sync software stays connected to help ensure the success of this file submission.

5. Confirmation email from Altria
The subject line will be, "POS Scan Data - Now Processing".
At this point, you can begin offering Altria discounts you qualify for (offer eligibility determined by Altria).

2. Confirm that you have a point-of-sale system and a scanner capable of determining if a consumer is 21+ years of age
Altria Standards: Can you scan government IDs to validate Adult Tobacco Consumers are 21+ [ATC 21+])

3. Complete the (2) forms sent to you, by your Altria Representative:
A new DTP Agreement with your Altria representative and select “Tier 3 and 4."
Complete the Option Election Form for Delivery of Digital ads with your Altria representative.
A few things to make sure you properly fill out the form:
Intended Use Box: Only select “Email” and “Digital App”:

Altria will email to confirm you are validated with Tier 3 and Tier 4.

Make sure to only set up offer(s) your store(s) have been elected to, by Altria.

Then grant Skupos in the Consent Manager
Confirm with Altria that your stores have been elected into P+ offers

The AGDC Loyalty Fund API (LFA API) digitally provides the following information:
Loyalty Fund Program (LFP) Offer allowances at a SKU-level
LFP eligible quantities/transactions, maximum allowances per transaction, and maximum daily loyalty transactions per loyalty ID, where applicable
Information on your Retailer’s Promotional Elections at the Store-level
