Step-by-Step Process

Getting Started

  1. Contact your RJR representative

    • Let them know that you are interested in participating in the RJR RMSC Scan Data Reporting Program.

Sample email

Hello-

I would like to participate in RJR RMSC offers, through Skupos. Skupos preferred file format is, “pipe delimited with header”.

Can you please send me the forms you need me to complete and anything else you need?

Thanks!

2. Fill out the applicable forms

  • They will have you fill out a “RAI RMSC RSD Enrollment & Data Authorization” form, which they will need to email to MSA (an RJR partner).

Submitting Test Files

3. Submit a test file

  • MSA will email credentials to you and Skupos in a, ”Completed RMSC Enrollment” email.

  • Once Skupos has received credentials, we will submit a test file on your behalf to MSA. We need to send a full week of complete data.

    • It is important to stay connected to Skupos Sync software in order for us to submit a complete file.

4. Check the MSA portal

  • Check the MSA portal to ensure the test file has been processed successfully.

    • If you find that the test file is processed with errors, you will need to forward that error code to [email protected].

      • Through that email address, Skupos Support will help you solve any challenges that come up.

5. Keep checking your email, MSA may send a “Test File Review” email

  • This type of email contains questions regarding tobacco categories.

  • MSA requires a response to proceed with the enrollment process.

    • Unless you respond to every email from the MSA/RJR team, they will put the enrollment on hold.

6. Forward Skupos the “Account Certified” email

  • This is MSA acknowledging that they have received your answers or MSA approved the test file.

  • Skupos will submit four weeks of back data to MSA for validation review.

  • After reviewing your back data, MSA may send a “Validation Feedback” email with corrections to be made.

    • If they do, we will request you make any necessary changes, or we will correct the errors on our end.

    • Then we will re-submit the file(s).

Approval (Validation)

7. Once MSA approves your back data submission, they will send an “Account Validated” email

  • This email means that you are validated in the RJR RMSC Scan Data program.

  • Skupos will not be copied on this email so you will need to forward it to [email protected] for us to update our records.

    • If you do not forward this email, you will not see new offers in your Skupos dashboard.
