Step-by-Step Process

Getting Started

1. Contact your RJR representative

  • Let them know that you are interested in participating in the RJR RMSC Scan Data Reporting Program.

Hello,

I would like to participate in RJR RMSC offers, through Skupos. Skupos preferred file format is, “pipe delimited with header”.

Can you please send me the forms you need me to complete and anything else you need?

2. Fill out the applicable forms

  • A Scan Data Reporting Program Agreement must be signed prior to participation.

  • They will have you complete a “RAI RMSC RSD Enrollment & Data Authorization” form and your RMSC Representative will submit to their current vendor (Circana, LLC) for processing.

Submitting Test Files

3. Submit a test file

  • Circana will send you a welcome email containing details of file submission requirements. Skupos is CC'd on this welcome email and will submit a test file on your behalf to Circana. We need to send a full week of complete data.

  • Circana will reach out if there are any issues with your test file. Your store will stay in testing status until you are validated.

  • If you receive an email that the test file is processed with errors, you will need to forward that error code to [email protected].

    • Through that email address, Skupos Support will help you solve any challenges that come up.

      • It is important to stay connected to Skupos Sync software in order for us to submit a complete file. Click here for tips!

Approval (Validation)

4. Once Circana approves your test file, they will send notice of validated status communication.

  • This email means that you are validated in the RJR RMSC Scan Data program.

  • Skupos will not be copied on this email so you will need to forward it to [email protected] for us to update our records.

    • If you do not forward this email, you will not see new offers in your Skupos dashboard.
