Step-by-Step Process

  1. Log in to your Skupos dashboard

2. On the top of your screen click, “Stores’

3. Then on the right side of the screen click the "Add Store" button

4. Fill out the form with all of the correct information and select "Continue"

  • * Indicates that field is required.

  • If you don’t have the answer to any of the questions, feel free to fill out the form later.

5. Once you add a new store to your Skupos dashboard account, our sales team will follow up with you to coordinate onboarding

  • Our sales team will make sure we have all the necessary information to add the store to your account: including point of sale and router information as well as your Altria and/or RJR account numbers.

  • The sales team will also connect you with an installation specialist who can sync your new store to Skupos.


Frequently Asked Questions 

Once I add a new store, why do I need to talk to Sales?

  • Our sales team will verify the information needed to add the store to your account.

  • This includes making sure the store is synced to Skupos and that we have the right account numbers to send your scan data to Altria and RJR.

  • They can also assist with enrolling the new store in available Skupos Engage loyalty promotions.

Can I reach out to sales, after adding a new store to my account?

  • Yes!

  • If you want to handle it all in one sitting, you can reach out to sales team here.

  • Please note that our sales team works Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm mountain standard time.

Do I need to add a store to my account through the Skupos dashboard, before talking to sales?

  • No!
