Setting Up and Verifying Brand Funded Reimbursement Payments

To receive reimbursements you need to set up and verify the bank account you wish to receive your reimbursement payments to.

Getting Started

  1. Login to your Skupos dashboard

2. Select the “Payout” tab from the top menu

3. Once in the Payout tab, select “Add My Bank Account.”

4. You will be prompted to fill out a form with the following information:

  • Business Details (please confirm any pre-filled information)

    • If this information needs to be edited, please contact Skupos Customer Support so we can assist in making any needed changes to your account.

  • Personal Details

  • Banking Information

5. Then click, “Submit” to submit this information to Skupos


Verifying Your Bank Account

  • Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive a success message telling you that you are almost set up and that Skupos will be sending two small deposits to your bank account over the next 1-3 business days.

  • These are used to verify your account before we start sending larger reimbursement amounts.

    • Make sure you check your bank account daily to identify the small deposits (usually under 99 cents).

      • Once you receive the two small payments, go to the next step, "Complete Verification Deposits" to finish verifying your bank account on your Skupos Dashboard.

Complete Verification Deposits

  1. Review your bank account daily until you see the two small deposits

    • Example amounts: $0.13 or $.27

  2. Once you see those two small deposits, go to your Skupos dashboard

3. Return to the Payout section of the dashboard and click “Verify Account”

4. Enter the amount of the two deposits

5. Make to enter the deposits in the same order as they were deposited in your bank account.

6. When you see a green checkmark next to your bank account information, your account is active


Frequently Asked Questions

Once I add my bank account to my Skupos dashboard, how often should I check my bank account for the small payments?

  • You should check daily to ensure that you don’t miss the deposits.

  • Again, these will be small deposits, such as $0.13 or $.27

Am I limited as to the amount of times I can try to deposit money into my account?

  • You will have 10 attempts to verify your deposit amounts.

  • If after 10 attempts you are still having trouble, you will be required to edit your bank info and try again.

How does Skupos send reimbursements?

  • We partner with Stripe.

  • There are a few banks that Strip does not integrate with.

  • If you are experiencing errors when attempting to set up your bank account, please check the list of banks Skupos does not support.
