Update and View Billing Information

Login to your Skupos dashboard
To view your billing information, click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Click âSettingsâ from the menu that pops up and scroll to the bottom.
Next, select the blue âGo to Billing Managementâ button
This will direct you to the Billing Management page where you can update your payment information, view subscriptions, and access invoices.

Set Up and Verify your Bank Account for Brand Reimbursement
If you want to receive your reimbursements or monthly payments for the brand-funded promotions you offer in your store(s), you will need to set up and verify your bank account.

Look to the left to see if any of your stores are offline
Under connection status, you can read how many stores are online by seeing: stores online / total stores installed
In the example above, you can see on the left that (4) scan data stores are offline and (3) engage stores are offline.

Why does it matter if your store is offline?
If your store is offline your offers wonât work for your customers.
You wonât receive reimbursements from brands, as they wonât be receiving the necessary data from your store(s).

Terms and Definitions
Selected Account â This lets' you filter by the account.
Date Posted â This shows the week, your file was posted.
Example: If a file was posted on July 29th, 2024 it would be for data that was live July 20th â July 27th.
Multi-Pack Program â This means it is an Altria program.
We don't currently show a status update for RJR programs.
Submitted â This means the file was submitted on time
Not Submitted âThis means the file hasnât been submitted.

Engage stores are always offline if a scan data store is offline.
The scan data needs to be working for engage to work.
