Unable to Receive Monthly Funds

This article outlines the common reasons retailers are unable to retrieve payments from their Skupos Dashboard.

My Skupos Dashboard says, “Funds Not Available”

  • Why? Stripe has flagged your account for one of three reasons:

1. Your Skupos dashboard doesn’t have your bank account or debit card.

  • Click here to learn how to add that information to your account.

    • Once you add your bank account or debit card, wait 24 hours then try again.

2. Your business name or Tax EIN information isn’t entered, or the information is inaccurate.

  • If this is the case, please reach out to Skupos Support to have them update this in your account.

3. You need to accept the terms and services of Stripe again.

  • If this is the case, please reach out to Skupos Support to request them to make this update for your account.
