Viewing and Transferring Available Reimbursement Payments 

This article outlines how to view reimbursement amounts in your Skupos dashboard and transfer them to your bank account.

Viewing Available Funds 

  1. Log in to your Skupos dashboard

Here is what each term means:  

  • Last Withdrawal: Amount withdrawn last; updates once funds hit your bank account.

  • Available Funds: Total funds ready for withdrawal; processing takes 2-3 business days.

  • Pending: Funds from discounts not yet available for withdrawal; accessible mid-month, after the promotion ends

  • Total Balance: Sum of available and pending funds.


Transferring Available Funds  

  1. Log in to your Skupos dashboard

2. Go to the top and click where it says, “Total Balance”

  3. Click the “Transfer Funds” button 

  • If successful, a ‘Processing’ message will appear followed by a success pop-up in the upper-righthand corner.

4. Wait 2 to 3 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account

Frequently Asked Questions 

When will my reimbursements be available?

  • The previous month's funds will be available to withdraw into your linked bank account by mid-month 

Can I retrieve a partial payment of my reimbursements?

  • No. 

  • You are required to withdraw the full amount from your available funds into your linked bank account.

  • It also cannot be applied to your monthly Skupos account payment. 

Once I move the money to my bank account, how many days will it take to show up?

  • It will take 2-3 business days for the funds to hit your bank account 

  • If you are participating in multiple programs, all deposits will be made in one lump sum. 

Is there a deadline for withdrawing funds?

  • No. 

  • If you do not withdraw available funds, they will continue to accrue on a monthly basis.

How does Skupos send reimbursements? 

  • We partner with Stripe.

  • There are a few banks that Strip does not integrate with.  

  • If you are experiencing errors when attempting to set up your bank account, please check the list of banks Skupos does not support

As a chain, where I have multiple stores, can I see the program and store payment payments?

  • Yes, through your Skupos dashboard.

  • Go to the top, “Programs”, then go to, “Performance” and scroll down to pick the store where you want the information. 

  • There you can see the breakdown by store/ promotion.
