Log into your Skupos dashboard
2. Click Programs from the top menu
3. Click Performance on the top
4. Now you can see performance information, from the week prior
Here you can view the number of stores enrolled in the promotion(s), reimbursement total, number of discounts provided, unique loyalty IDs, and missed opportunities.

5. Then to see information based on store, scroll down to the store name section
Click on the carrot or arrow next to the store name to get store-specific information.
6. Click the carrot or arrow to see offer-specific information, by store.

This is an estimate of how much you should receive, for participating in the live offers your store(s) participates in today.
The total “Promotion $ Redeemed” amounts at the top of both the Consumer Promotions and Altria Funded Promotion sections represent the estimated earnings across all stores for the previous week
For accurate reimbursement amounts, it’s always best to check both your Altria and MSA portals to confirm the final amounts.

What does the number of stores enrolled in the promotion(s) mean?
This tells you how many of your stores are enrolled in all live promotions.
If you need to enroll any missing stores in available promotions, you can do so directly from the Program tab.

What does the number of discounts provided tell me?
This tells you how many unique loyalty IDs were reported each week and how many customers have redeemed loyalty promotions at your store(s).
You can use the Consumer Promotions by Store section to view which promotions were redeemed and how many times they were redeemed at each store.

This tells you how many people are utilizing discounts at your store(s).
A unique loyalty ID is reported every time a loyalty promotion is successfully redeemed at your store(s).
Altria, RJR, and other brands reimburse based on the number of unique loyalty IDs in your reporting.
The more times your customers use loyalty promotions, the more your estimated earnings go up!

Can you share what missed opportunities mean?
Missed opportunities occur when a customer is promoted to enter a loyalty ID but does not do so and misses out on the promotional offer.
The best way to avoid missed opportunities is by hanging signage and educating your customers in all the ways they can save!
The fewer missed opportunities, the more potential you have for reimbursement!

Yes!
Go to the skupos dashboard, click programs, then performance.
Scroll down to the store where you want to see specific information, then click the carrot or arrow symbol.
Once you click the carrot or arrow you will see offer-specific information, by store.
This will include the number of promotions, missed opportunities, eligible transactions, promotions redeemed, % of promotions redeemed, and payout dollars.

Yes!
You can filter by your Engage, Altria, and RJR programs.
You can filter promotional data by day, week, or year.
Go to the skupos dashboard,
Click programs, then performance, scroll down to the section where you want to filter your data.
Navigate to the filtering section.
Select the time frame you’d like to use.
Select specific dates.
