Disable the relevant loyalty discounts
Unfortunately, you are offering discounts you have not elected to offer with Altria.
To prevent further payment loss, we advise that you disable the discounts.
If you use Skupos Engage as your loyalty provider, contact Skupos Support to disable offers.
If you use a third-party loyalty provider other than Skupos Engage (such as Comarch, Excentus, Paytronix, Kickback, etc.), contact your third-party provider to disable the offers.
2. Contact Altria to elect into the relevant loyalty promotions

💡Tip! If you want to offer these discounts you will still need to turn these off temporarily, as it will take 24+ hours to properly go live with these discounts.
3. Once Altria approves of your store(s) participating in these promotions, you may resume offering them for proper reimbursement
Go to the Skupos Dashboard and re-enroll.
