Why would I receive this error?

Solution

  • Your store is offering multi-unit discounts on the specified product, but your store has not elected to offer those promotions with Altria.

  • Disable the relevant offers.

  • Contact Altria to get your store(s) elected into the correct offers. You will not receive reimbursement until this is done.

How do I fix this? 

1. Disable the relevant multi-unit discounts

  • Unfortunately, you are offering discounts you have not elected into with Altria.

  • To prevent further payment loss, we advise that you disable the discounts within your point-of-sale system or back-office software.

2. Contact Altria to elect into the relevant multi-unit promotions

Sample email is below  

Hello -

I would like to participate in the <example: $2 off 4 cartons offer for P4>, can you please enroll me in this offer?

Asking as I received an email with the error message, “[Product] Multi-Unit Y Indicator - No Promotion Election” and I am working to get it resolved asap.

    • Log into Insights C3M

    • Select Scan File Manager

    • Select Submitted File Status (View Submitted Files)

    • Click on the Processing Errors icon for the week in question
