Offers will not be visible on the retailer dashboard until ~24 hours after each new Altria Sales Cycle.

Step-By-Step Process
1. Log in to your Skupos dashboard with your retailer credentials
2. Select the "Programs" tab from the top menu then the "Manage" tab.
3. Locate the Altria brand you want to check within each operating company (e.g. Marlboro, USSTC, on! Classic Cans)
ENROLLED — All sites in the chain are enrolled in the offer.
NOT ENROLLED — None or only some sites in the chain are enrolled in the offer.

4. Click the program card for the brand and offer you would like to view
This is where you'll be able to see the specific each site is enrolled in under the Store Status and Offer columns
5. Review the offer information for each site
Site Status Key
Each site in a program card will show one of the following statuses:
Status | What It Means |
Active | Your offer is enrolled and discounts should fire at the point of sale.

Enrollment Processing | Your self-service enrollment has been submitted and is pending activation. Status updates to Active daily at 7 pm EST.
|
Not Enrolled | Your store was not picked up by the automated LFA job this sales cycle. You are eligible to self-enroll using the steps in the How to Enroll in Offers article. |
Deactivated | The offer has been deactivated for your site and is no longer firing at the point of sale. |

When will new Altria loyalty offers appear in my dashboard?
When will new Altria loyalty offers appear in my dashboard?
New offers for the current sales cycle become visible approximately ~24 hours after the new sales cycle begins (at 1 am EST).
Offers reflect the current cycle only and show the end date for that period’s rates.
If picked up by the automatic job, offers should fire at the point-of-sale after 1am EST, but won't be visible until ~24 hours after.

Why is my site showing “Enrollment Processing” for more than a day?
If your status stays in Enrollment Processing beyond one business day, one of the following may apply:
Your site is not yet live with Altria for scan data
Your site does not have an Active Altria report account
Your site hasn’t been fully set up in the loyalty system yet (~1 business day from Engage purchase)
Contact Skupos Support if the issue persists.
