Getting Started
1. Begin by reaching out to your ITG representative
They’ll guide you through completing the ITG Enrollment & Data Authorization form and will submit it to MSA on your behalf.

I would like to participate in ITG Brands Scan Data Reporting Program, through Skupos a PDI Technologies company. Their preferred file format is, “pipe delimited with header”.

2. Submitting Test Files
Forward credentials - When you receive your credentials from MSA by email, forward the email to [email protected] so we can begin submitting a test file.
Respond to MSA questions - MSA may have questions after reviewing your test file. Reply promptly to keep the process moving.
Check status after 1 week - If you don’t hear back from MSA within a week of submitting the test file, log in to the MSA Retailer Portal Dashboard to see if your test file was processed with errors.
Forward error codes - If errors appear, forward the error codes to [email protected] so we can help resolve them and resubmit a corrected file.
3. Certification
Once MSA approves your test file, you will receive an “Account Certified” notification via email.
We are not copied on this notification, so please forward it to [email protected] so we can update our records.
If you don't forward it to Skupos, you won't go live.
After certification, we will begin submitting weekly production files for your store.

Skupos (a PDI Technologies company) will not be aware of your enrollment status and will be unable to assist you.
And this will delay your go-live timeline, until you forward it to Skupos.
