This article outlines where to see your monthly payments in your Skupos Dashboard and how to move that money to your bank account

Step-by-Step Process

1. Log into your Skupos dashboard

2. From there, go to the top navigation bar and you will see your current balance listed

By clicking on your current balance, you will see a pop-up that shows four numbers:

  • Last Withdrawal: Amount of funds last withdrawn from the account

  • Available Funds: Amount you can transfer to your bank today

    • Keep in mind you can only withdrawal funds one time a month

  • Pending: The funds of discounts that you have not been reimbursed for yet

  • Total Balance: Available funds + Pending

3. Click “Transfer Funds” to move funds to your bank account

4. The funds should show up in your bank account within 3 business days

  • Usually, this takes three business days.
