How Do I Make Changes to a Verified ACH Account?

This article outlines how to a verified bank account for reimbursement.

💡 Tip: Please note that you can only update the account information and name.

  • Other fields (company info, SSN, DOB, etc) are not editable.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Log in to the Skupos dashboard

2. Select "Payout" from the top menu

3. Under "My Bank Account", you will find your current verified banking account

4. Click the green "Update" button on the right to make changes

5. After clicking “update”, you will be shown the ACH setup page

  • You can edit both your first and last names, along with the routing and account numbers.

6. Small deposits will be placed in your bank account over the next 1-3 business days.

  • You will need to confirm the amounts deposited in your Skupos Dashboard Payout section.

    • If you click cancel, no changes will be saved to your account set-up.

      • As is the case with ACH setup today, you will be required to input the routing number along with their account number (twice) and go through the approval process.
