Starting January 1, 2025, Skupos, a PDI Technologies company, will no longer support Clover POS systems. This decision comes after recent updates to Clover's software, which are no longer compatible with our system.

While this may impact your operations, we want to ensure you have time to plan accordingly. Here's what you need to know:

  • Until December 31, 2024, you can continue using our software on Clover devices.

  • Starting January 1, 2025, we will no longer provide updates, support, or troubleshooting for Clover devices. Please note that our software will no longer process scan data or loyalty submissions on Clover devices after this date.

To avoid any service disruptions, we strongly recommend transitioning to another supported POS system before January 1, 2025. We continue to fully support the following systems:

  • NCR

  • Gilbarco

  • Verifone
