Skupos Engage is supported on all Gilbarco Passport versions above 10.X
The Passport system must have the “Mobile Loyalty Suite” purchased in order to enable the Enhanced and Multiple loyalty interfaces required for Skupos Engage
Multiply loyalty interface is required if you are already running a loyalty program.

Skupos Engage is supported on:
Radiant POS version 6.19 or higher
Version 2018 or higher
Radiant Loyalty Manager v2.5 or higher

Radiant Loyalty Manager is a separate module that needs to be installed and configured by the site POS Support Vendor.
Typically, this is the entity that performs any support related to your NCR-Radiant Device
