Step-By-Step Process

  1. Log into your Skupos dashboard

2. Click Programs, then manage

3. Search for your program

  • Go to the right and scroll until you find the offer you are looking for.

  • Then you should see the status on the top of the box, outlining information about the offer.

4. Click into a specific promotion card to confirm the status of the promotion

  • Unsubmitted: You are not enrolled in the promotion for this site

  • Enrollment Processing: You are enrolled but Skupos is still setting up your store to offer discounts

  • Awaiting Start Date: Discounts will go live within the next 24 hours

  • Active: The offer is live and you are actively able to offer discounts for this program


Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I just look at the first page under manage?

  • If you do not click on a specific program card you will only receive high-level information.

  • And if you have more than one store with Skupos, you will also miss out on understanding the status for each store.

How do I know the enrollment status, per store?

  • Go to the manage section and scroll down.

  • That will show you the enrollment status per store.

What do the Enrollment status mean?

  • Not Enrolled: Some or all of your sites are not enrolled in the promotion

  • Enrolled: You have enrolled in the promotion for your site(s)
