Log into your Skupos dashboard
2. Click Programs, then manage
3. Search for your program
Go to the right and scroll until you find the offer you are looking for.
Then you should see the status on the top of the box, outlining information about the offer.
4. Click into a specific promotion card to confirm the status of the promotion
Unsubmitted: You are not enrolled in the promotion for this site
Enrollment Processing: You are enrolled but Skupos is still setting up your store to offer discounts
Awaiting Start Date: Discounts will go live within the next 24 hours
Active: The offer is live and you are actively able to offer discounts for this program
