Starting in 2024, Skupos is moving to an annual billing structure. Your account will automatically be updated to this structure and you will be billed the annual amount on December 14th, 2023.
❗Alert: If you would like to remain on a monthly billing cycle and avoid getting charged the annual amount, you must opt-out on your Skupos dashboard by December 13th, 2023.
Opting Out of Annual Billing
Step 1: Log in to the Skupos dashboard at go.skupos.com
Step 2: Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu in the top, right corner
Step 3: On the"Settings" page, scroll down to the "Billing Information" section
Step 4: Turn on the toggle beside "Opt-Out of Annual Billing"
✅ You're all set! Enabling this toggle will automatically switch you back to monthly billing.
