4. Open Action List and click "Show More"

5. Click on the “Digital Signage Files” hyperlink and download material

This is what the signage instructions will look like, divided into Quarterly and Monthly Signage. You will have signage for the Cashier Card, Shelf Tag Sheet, and Shelf Tag Labels.

6. For Cashier Cards, click the link to download

You only need (1) of these per Cash Register as this provides details on all quarter-long offers.

7. For Shelf Tags Sheet, click the link to download.

8. For Shelf Tag Labels, click the link to download

9. Now that you have all these signage elements downloaded, please print them and display them in your store

Promotional Signage Kit

Will I receive a physical signage kit?

If enrolled in Engage at least one month prior to the start of the offer, kits are mailed at the start of the program.

What’s included in a promotional signage kit?

Shelf Tags: To be placed by the product(s) featured, on the shelf.
Cashier Cards: To be placed by your register, so your Cashier knows about the offers.
Signage Setup Instructions: To be used by the store manager, to ensure that placing signage brings the most value to the store.
- Newly enrolled Engage sites also receive a POS sticker and CR reference guide.

I didn’t receive my physical signage kit - what should I do?

Download and print signage immediately using the steps above.
You may request a kit using the form here. Please note, only one late shipment is fulfilled 1 month into the program. After that, requests apply to the next quarter.

What if my store address has changed?

Submit the address update form here, to ensure future shipments are sent correctly.

Can Skupos help with ITG signage?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to contact your ITG representative to determine whether your store qualifies for signage
If ITG confirms that your store(s) qualify and chooses to send signage, they will have Skupos/PDI ship it using the store address(es) we currently have on file. If you need to update or confirm your store address, please complete this address update form.

Can Skupos help with Altria or RJR signage?

Will these offers be the same every quarter?

No, brands and offers change both monthly and quarterly, so signage updates respectively.
Physical kits are only provided for quarter-long promotions.

I don’t think I’m on a list to receive paper signage. What can I do?

What if I want to receive paper signage?

You must be signed up to receive signage and the program must have been live for less than a month.
If the program has been live for a month, please follow the steps above to download the signage. Then you can print it for your store.
If you need signage immediately, log into your Skupos Dashboard, navigate to the 'Programs' tab, locate the program you are participating in, expand the 'Action List,' and download and print the materials needed. This is the fastest way to address urgent signage needs.
