Step-by-Step Process, on how to download and print signage, today!
Log into your Skupos Dashboard
Go to the top and click Programs
3. Once on the programs page, scroll to the bottom and click the program(s) you’d like to download and print signage for.
Please note that Skupos cannot help with Tobacco signage. Reach out to your Altria, ITG, or RJR representative for help.
4. Once you are on that page, you can see the Action List on the right then click, "Show More".
5. Then click, “Signage Instructions” to download those.
This is what the signage instructions will look like and if you click the downward arrow you can download the instructions.
6. Then go back to the action list and click where it says download signage.
7. For Cashier Cards, click the link to download
This is what the Cashier Card will look like and if you click the downward arrow, you can download the instructions. *Brand/offers subject to change
You only need (1) of these per a Cash Register as this provides details on all quarter-long offers.
8. For Shelf Tags Vertical, click the link to download
This is what the Vertical will look like and if you click the downward arrow, you can download the instructions. *Brand/offers subject to change
9. For Shelf Tags, click the link to download

10. Now that you have all these signage elements downloaded, please print them and display them in your store.
Don’t forget to have your in-store employees remind customers to enter their phone numbers!
Otherwise, the discount won’t be processed at the POS.
2 Kinds of Signage
Engage: These are materials relevant to all programs with signage
Promotional: These materials are relevant to a specific program(s)
Skupos Engage Kit: After you purchase Skupos Engage, you will receive a signage kit in the mail designed to help in-store employees and consumers get the most value out of Engage.

The Skupos Engage kit includes:
Cashier Training: 1 rectangular sticker to be placed by the register. This reminds the cashiers what steps they need to take to issue the discount
Customer Reminders: 2 circular stickers to be placed by the pin pad. This reminds customers to enter their phone number to receive discounts
Signage Setup Instructions: This helps the store manager understand where to place and how to use signage.

2. Promotional Signage Kit: If you are enrolled in brand-funded discounts, about 6 weeks before the promotion start date, you will receive a promotional signage kit in the mail.
You will also receive an email with printable versions.
Not seeing signage in the mail? Follow the steps below to download, print, and place it in your store to increase engagement with offers. Please note that physical signage will not be mailed after an offer has been live for 4 weeks. But you can always print it.
The kit includes:
1 circular sticker to be placed by the pin pad: This reminds consumers to enter their phone number/loyalty ID to receive discounts.

Can Skupos help with RJR or Altria signage?
Sadly, no! Please reach out to your tobacco representative to learn more about those signage options.

What if I want to receive paper signage?
You must be signed up to receive signage and the program must have been live for less than a month.
If the program has been live for a month, please follow the steps above to download the signage. Then you can print it for your store.
What if my store address has changed?
