How Do I Use My Skupos Dashboard?

You can access your dashboard at https://go.skupos.com. Your Skupos dashboard is where you can manage your Skupos account and promotional programs. Becoming familiar with your dashboard will allow you to stay better informed about your Skupos account.

In your dashboard you can:


šŸ’” Tip: We recommend checking your Skupos dashboard daily, or once a week at a minimum. By checking your dashboard, you can make sure you are connected to your Skupos Sync software so you donā€™t lose any scan data and stay up to date on eligible promotions


Enroll in Eligible Promotions

Your dashboard is the place where you will go to enroll in Skupos Engage promotions that your store(s) are eligible for.

You must have purchased Skupos Engage to be able to run Altria Loyalty Fund Programs and participate in brand-funded programs. If you are interested in adding Skupos Engage, contact our Sales team.

Once logged into your dashboard, select the ā€œPromotionsā€ tab from the top menu. Here you will be able to enroll in promotions that your store(s) are eligible for.


Update and View Billing Information

To access billing information in your dashboard, click your name in the upper right-hand corner. Click ā€œSettingsā€ from the menu that pops up and scroll to the bottom. Next, select the blue ā€œGo to Billing Managementā€ button.

This will direct you to the Billing Management page where you can update your payment information, view subscriptions, and access invoices.

Set Up and Verify your Bank Account for Brand Reimbursement

If you want to receive your reimbursements for the brand-funded promotions you offer in your store(s), you will need to set up and verify your bank account in the Payout section of your Skupos dashboard.

Reset Password

Having Trouble Logging In?

  • If you are having trouble logging in, click the ā€œForgot Password?ā€ button. You will then get an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Resetting your Password in your Dashboard

  • In your Skupos dashboard, click your name in the upper right-hand corner. Click ā€œSettingsā€ from the menu that pops up and then ā€œUser Information.ā€ Select ā€œChangeā€ next to Password. Type in your new password and confirm.

If you do not receive an email to reset your password, that may mean your email address has not been verified. Contact Skupos Support for assistance.


Add Another Location

You can add another location to your subscription from the ā€œStoresā€ section at the top of your dashboard home page.

On the right of the dashboard, you'll see a button that says "Add a Store". Click the button and a form will pop up. Once youā€™ve completed all the fields, select ā€œContinueā€. Our Sales team will follow up with you to confirm the additional location and coordinate onboarding.


View Dollar Amounts of Discounts Given

Select "Promotions" from the top menu. Scroll down to view:

  • Engage Performance (non-altria)

  • Altria Programs - Multi-Discount & Engage

Checking Store Connectivity

On your Skupos dashboard homepage, select "Stores" from the top menu. This is where you can view all of the stores on your account.

When you have one or more locations whose Skupos Sync connection is not active, you will see stores marked as offline in the "Overview" and "Store" section.

If you see the red ā€œOfflineā€ status, follow the instructions in this help article to reconnect your store.


View TSD File Submission Status

To access your Scan Data program status and view your Scan Data Submission history, select ā€œScan Dataā€ from the top menu of your Skupos dashboard.
