The ability to make changes to your Altria LFP offer and start date is available in your Skupos Dashboard.
Follow the steps below to make a change to your LFP start date
Step 1: Log in to your Skupos dashboard
Start by logging in to your Skupos dashboard and clicking on "Programs" from the top menu.
Step 2: Select "Manage" and then locate the offer you would like to update
You will need to select which Altria offers you would like to edit by searching for “Altria” and finding the relevant program or clicking on the program on the manage page.
Step 3: Edit stores
If you have stores enrolled in the LFP program you have selected, you will see an “Edit Stores” button. Select “Edit Stores” to continue.
Step 4: Change the offer
You will see all stores that have enrolled for that LFP program. From the dropdown, reselect the current offer or change the offer to a different one and select “Continue.”
Step 5: Update Your Start Date
You will now be able to change your start date. Update the date to your new start date, and then select “Submit.” You must pick a date starting tomorrow or in the future.
💡 Tip: When you change the start date, you will be able to start offering discounts the following day.
Step 6: Finalize the Changes
To finalize the changes, accept the terms and conditions then click "Submit." You will now see the changes in your Skupos dashboard
