If you need technical assistance from Skupos Support, we ask that you download the TeamViewer application so that we can better serve you. This application allows us to remotely access your computer when troubleshooting your issue. Follow these steps to download it:
Download TeamViewer by going to https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/ scrolling down and selecting "Download" in green.
Please note you need TeamViewer 14.
Some computers will ask if you want to allow TeamViewer to make changes, please select yes.
In your internet browser find "Downloads" and select the TeamViewer_Setup
Run the installer.
When prompted How do you want to proceed? Select Basic Installation and Personal/Non-Commercial.
Step 3: Provide your Password and ID to Skupos Support
Pro Tip: If you complete installation, get to this screen and "Your ID and Password" are blank. Follow these steps:
- Select "Extras" from the top menu. Then "Options" > "Security"
- In the "Security" screen select either Standard or Secure from the Random password section and select OK. See below.
