Please use this guide to determine if your Verifone Point of Sale system is on the Verifone Cloud Platform (Verifone C Site Management platform). If it is on Verifone Cloud Platform then additional steps are needed to determine if your store is ready for installation.
Steps to determine if the POS is on Verifone Cloud Platform
1. Open an internet browser (like Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and navigate to Verifone Petroleum Center website address. The URL may verify for your setup but ideally it is https://192.168.31.11/ConfigClient.html
2. Log into to Verifone Petroleum Center
3. Click on Initial Setup Tab >> “Cloud Connect” or “Connect to Verifone C Site Management”
4. If you see the information similar to below, it indicates your system is on Verifone Cloud Platform.

5. Once you have confirmed your site is on Verifone Cloud Platform, then navigate to Authentication page and log in.
If you do not have the Verifone Cloud login, please call Verifone Support at 1‑800‑837‑4366.
If you do not remember the password, then click “Forgot password?“ to reset the password
6. Once you are able to login to the Verifone Cloud Portal, you are ready for the installation.
