Stop! Read First!

Make sure that your tobacco representative has given you the okay to offer discounts before setting them up. Failure to do so can result in money lost!

Start by entering your username and password on clover.com.

Step 1: Make sure the Skupos app is downloaded on your Clover device. Click "More Tools", search for "Skupos Sync," and then click open. It will state that you are linked to this ID.

Step 2: Click the Inventory tab on the left hand side of the Clover dashboard to make sure your inventory is set-up correctly. If you're having issues with your existing multi-pack and/or multi-can deals the problem is commonly caused from discrepancies in the Inventory section, so please make sure you follow the three steps below. 

  1. Name: Check that the Name of the product is correct. 
  2. Price: Ensure the Price of the item is correct. “Cost” section is optional. 
  3. Product Code: UPC field. Do not use SKU. Ensure that there are 8 or 12 digits in the field. ***If you enter UPCs in the SKU field instead of the Product Code Field, we will not be able to capture the UPCs. You can copy the values from the SKU field and paste to the Product Code Field.

Step 3: Login to clover.com/dashboard using Clover username and password. Click on the Skupos Sync tab and select your Clover Merchant ID that is associated with the store you are setting up. 

Step 4: Log into Skupos and ensure your store is Linked.

Step 5: Turn on your discounts and enter in the deals that match your Altria contract by clicking the Discount Settings tab under Menu.

**NOTE: For PM USA, if you choose option 1 " / 1 Pack (2 packs min), then the discount amount is per 1 pack. If you choose option 2 " / 2 Packs, then the discount amount is per 2 packs.

Step 5: Click Save, read the agreement, type in “I Understand”, and you're done!
