Viewing your status in the scan data program is easy. Simply start by navigating to your Skupos account.  As soon as you log in, you'll see the menu bar on the left hand side, at the top of the screen. Click there, and then select "Scan Data".

  1.  Select the account that you want to view from the drop down. These accounts are organized by your Altria account number(s).
  2. Here you will be able to see your scan data program status under the "Basic Scan Data Program", which will be either Live or Enrolling. We also display the number of stores that are currently enrolled. We submit data for your stores based on your account number, if you have any questions about your program status please don't hesitate to  chat in with us.

  4. Your Weekly Submission Logs for the current fiscal quarter, with the ability to navigate past to quarters in the drop down tab to the right. 

You will see a red "Attention!" box if one of the weeks has not submitted data because of missing transactions. Reports are sent out weekly, so please reach out to us via our Live Chat or give us a call at (800) 559-1358 if this is the case.
