If you need technical assistance from Skupos Support, we ask that you download the TeamViewer application so that we can better serve you. This application allows us to remotely access your computer when troubleshooting your issue. Follow these steps to download it:
Start the direct download for TeamViewer by clicking the blue "Download for Free" button below. Please note you need TeamViewer 14.
If you experience issues with downloading from the button above, please visit https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/, scroll down, and select the same "Download for free" button.
Some computers will ask if you want to allow TeamViewer to make changes, please select "Yes".
In your internet browser find "Downloads" and select the TeamViewer_Setup
Run the installer.
When prompted with "How do you want to proceed?" select Basic Installation and Personal/Non-Commercial.
Step 3: Provide your Password and ID to Skupos Support
Pro Tip: If you complete installation, get to this screen and "Your ID and Password" are blank. Follow these steps:
- Select "Extras" from the top menu. Then "Options" > "Security"
- In the "Security" screen select either Standard or Secure from the Random password section and select OK. See below.
